A community led job brokerage, Ways2Work (Doncaster) Ltd is a not for profit company funded by New Deal for Communities. Ways2Work (Doncaster) Ltd was established for both employed and unemployed residents to assist people to access work related training and help those who want a job or to become self-employed.

Ways2Work (Doncaster) Ltd’s objective is to provide access to jobs, training and education to equip NDC residents with the skills necessary to compete for new employment opportunities on an equal basis with others.

The delivery of the service focuses on breaking down the barriers to securing employment through customising the support to meet the individual needs of residents as well as the labour force requirements of local businesses.

Ways2Work (Doncaster) Ltd focus on the needs of the individual, to enable that person to have the means to identify their employment goals and to receive support and encouragement, backed up with practical and financial help to achieve these goals.

Ways2Work (Doncaster) Ltd provides this practical and financial assistance through four bursary awards.

Sponsored Apprenticeship

Ways2Work (Doncaster) Ltd provide an information and advice service to help people from the age of 16 upward make informed choices about their future career paths.

Qualification for help is by living in the NDC area. This does not exclude residents from accessing education, employment and / or training at locations outside of the NDC.
